The passenger books online and enters their plate. On arrival the ANPR camera recognises the vehicle and admits it to the booked product — no ticket, no scanning. Exit is settled against the same booking automatically.
Can different car parks carry different dynamic prices?
Yes. Each product — short stay, long stay, premium, meet-and-greet — carries its own dynamic tariff, adjusted by demand and lead time from one engine, with results visible per product in the dashboard.
How is drop-off charging enforced?
Forecourt ANPR time-stamps every vehicle in and out. Your dwell and charging rules are applied automatically with photographic evidence, and authorised vehicles — taxis, buses, blue-badge holders — are whitelisted.
Does the platform handle staff and rental-car areas?
Yes — staff permits, taxi ranks, rental returns, and contractor zones each run as plate-whitelisted areas with their own rules, reported alongside public products in the same estate view.
